By using KaçKaç: Match Predictions, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the following rules:

• Do not violate any local or international laws.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer our app.
• Do not misuse the prediction content for illegal betting activities.

3. User Content

All predictions, comments, or interactions you submit remain yours. By using KaçKaç, you grant us limited rights to display and process this content within the app experience.

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use your personal data. By continuing to use KaçKaç, you consent to this policy.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

KaçKaç offers auto-renewing subscription packages. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage your subscription from your Apple ID settings.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of any subscription.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KaçKaç is provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in predictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Herofly, LLC will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app or reliance on predictions.

9. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This app is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
