1. Veri sorumlusu ve kapsam
Kaç Kaç? uygulaması (“Uygulama”), Türkiye’de yerleşik bağımsız geliştirici Emre Benzer tarafından sunulur. Bu Gizlilik Politikası; Android ve iOS uygulamalarını, uygulama içi çevrimiçi özellikleri ve bu politika sayfasını kapsar.
2. İşlediğimiz veri kategorileri
Cihazda saklanan oyun verileri
Masa/oyun başlıkları, oyuncu veya takım adları, skor girişleri, tur bilgileri, turnuva fikstürü, geçmiş, tema, dil ve uygulama tercihleri cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
Canlı Masa verileri
Anonim teknik kullanıcı kimliği, altı haneli masa kodu, masa adı, oyun ayarları, katılımcı görünen adları, skorlar, koltuk sahipliği, bağlantı/çevrimiçi durumu, zaman damgaları ve gönderilen puan önerileri Firebase üzerinden işlenebilir.
Geri bildirim verileri
Gönderdiğiniz mesaj, isteğe bağlı iletişim e-postası, uygulama sürümü, yapı numarası, platform, dil ve gönderim zamanı.
Teknik, analiz ve reklam verileri
Uygulama kullanımı, oturum ve özellik etkileşimleri, reklam gösterimleri, yaklaşık bölge/dil, cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgileri, uygulama örneği tanımlayıcıları, hata ve çökme kayıtları; izin verildiği ölçüde reklam tanımlayıcıları.
Satın alma verileri
Ürün kimliği, satın alma durumu, mağaza işlem/fiş bilgileri ve Pro yetkisinin aktifliği. Kredi kartı veya banka kartı bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
Rastgele araçlar
Yazı-tura, zar ve rastgele seçim sonuçları normal kullanımda sunucuda kalıcı geçmiş olarak saklanmaz.
3. Verileri nasıl ve neden kullanıyoruz?
- Skor, turnuva, kura, geçmiş ve paylaşım özelliklerini sunmak;
- Canlı Masa oturumlarını oluşturmak, senkronize etmek ve güvenliğini sağlamak;
- Satın almaları doğrulamak, Pro yetkisini sağlamak ve geri yüklemek;
- Reklam göstermek, reklam sıklığını yönetmek ve reklam performansını ölçmek;
- Hataları tespit etmek, çökme raporlarını incelemek ve performansı iyileştirmek;
- Ürün kullanımını toplu olarak analiz etmek ve özellikleri geliştirmek;
- Geri bildirimlerinize yanıt vermek ve destek sağlamak;
- Dolandırıcılık, kötüye kullanım ve güvenlik tehditlerini önlemek;
- Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek ve haklarımızı korumak.
4. Hukuki dayanaklar
Geçerli olduğu ölçüde verileri; Uygulama hizmetlerini sunmak için sözleşmenin ifası, güvenlik ve ürün geliştirme gibi meşru menfaatler, yasal yükümlülükler ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam/izleme gibi durumlarda verdiğiniz rıza temelinde işleriz. Rızanızı cihaz veya uygulama içi gizlilik seçeneklerinden geri çekebilirsiniz; geri çekme, önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.
5. Yerel veriler ve Canlı Masa görünürlüğü
Oyuncu adları ve skorlar temel kullanımda cihazınızda kalır. Canlı Masa’yı açtığınızda ilgili masa verileri Firebase’e gönderilir ve doğru masa koduna sahip kişiler tarafından görüntülenebilir. Masa kodunu yalnızca güvendiğiniz kişilerle paylaşın. Gerçek ad, telefon, adres, finansal bilgi, sağlık bilgisi veya başka hassas bilgiler kullanmamanızı öneririz.
6. Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılar
Uygulama aşağıdaki sağlayıcıları kullanabilir:
- Google Firebase — Anonymous Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics ve Remote Config. Firebase gizlilik bilgileri
- Google AdMob ve User Messaging Platform — reklam sunumu, rıza yönetimi, ölçüm ve dolandırıcılık önleme. Google Gizlilik Politikası
- RevenueCat — satın alma durumunun ve Pro yetkisinin doğrulanması/yönetilmesi. RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası
- Apple App Store ve Google Play — ödeme işlemleri, mağaza hesabı, fiş ve geri yükleme süreçleri.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi şartları ve gizlilik politikaları kapsamında, bizim adımıza hizmet sağlayıcı veya ayrı veri sorumlusu olarak işleyebilir.
7. Reklam, rıza ve takip tercihleri
Ücretsiz sürüm reklam içerebilir. Bulunduğunuz bölgeye ve seçimlerinize göre kişiselleştirilmiş veya kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilebilir. iOS’ta uygulamalar arası takip için gerekli olduğunda App Tracking Transparency izni istenir. Reddetmeniz temel uygulama işlevlerini engellemez; ancak reklamlar daha az kişiselleştirilmiş olabilir.
Kişisel bilgileri para karşılığında satmayız. Bununla birlikte reklam sağlayıcılarının reklam tanımlayıcılarını reklam sunma ve ölçüm amacıyla işlemesi, bazı ülkelerin hukukunda “paylaşım” olarak değerlendirilebilir. Seçimlerinizi uygulamadaki rıza ekranından ve cihazınızın reklam/gizlilik ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz.
8. Saklama ve silme
- Yerel oyun verileri: Siz uygulama içinden silene veya Uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazda kalır; işletim sistemi yedekleri ayrı sürelerle saklayabilir.
- Canlı Masa verileri: Oturumu sağlamak, güvenlik, sorun giderme ve makul operasyonel ihtiyaçlar için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca tutulur; sonrasında silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Teknik yedeklerde sınırlı bir süre daha bulunabilir.
- Geri bildirim: Talebi değerlendirmek, yanıtlamak ve tekrarlanan sorunları izlemek için gerekli olduğu sürece tutulur; daha sonra silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
- Analiz, çökme ve reklam verileri: İlgili sağlayıcının yapılandırılmış saklama süreleri ve yasal gereklilikler kapsamında tutulur.
- Satın alma kayıtları: Yetki geri yükleme, muhasebe, dolandırıcılık önleme ve yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli olduğu sürece tutulabilir.
9. Güvenlik
Aktarım sırasında şifreleme, erişim kontrolleri, Firestore güvenlik kuralları ve istemci erişiminin sınırlandırılması gibi makul teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler kullanırız. Hiçbir internet veya depolama yöntemi yüzde yüz güvenli değildir; mutlak güvenlik garantisi veremeyiz.
10. Uluslararası veri aktarımı
Google, RevenueCat, Apple ve diğer altyapı sağlayıcıları verileri Türkiye dışındaki ülkelerde işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlarda uygulanabilir hukuk ve sağlayıcıların uygun veri koruma mekanizmaları esas alınır.
11. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama özellikle çocuklara yönelik tasarlanmamıştır. Bulunduğunuz ülkede dijital hizmetlere rıza verebilmek için gereken yaşın altındaysanız, Uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal vasinizin gözetimiyle kullanın. Bir çocuğa ait verinin uygun izin olmadan toplandığını öğrenirsek silmek için makul adımları atarız.
12. Haklarınız ve veri silme talebi
Bulunduğunuz ülkeye göre verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik ve rızayı geri çekme haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Geleneksel hesap bulunmadığı için talebinizi eşleştirebilmemiz adına Canlı Masa kodu, yaklaşık tarih, cihaz/platform ve varsa geri bildirimde kullandığınız e-posta gibi sınırlı bilgiler isteyebiliriz.
Yerel kayıtları uygulama içindeki silme seçeneklerinden kaldırabilir veya Uygulamayı kaldırabilirsiniz. Çevrimiçi veriler için aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden talepte bulunabilirsiniz.
13. Politika değişiklikleri
Uygulama, mevzuat veya veri işleme yöntemleri değişirse bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve “Son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir. Önemli değişiklikler için uygulama içinde ek bildirim gösterebiliriz.
1. Controller and scope
Kaç Kaç? (the “App”) is provided by independent developer Emre Benzer, based in Türkiye. This Privacy Policy applies to the Android and iOS applications, in-app online features, and this policy page.
2. Categories of data we process
Game data stored on your device
Table/game titles, player or team names, score entries, rounds, tournament fixtures, history, theme, language and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
Live Table data
A technical anonymous user ID, six-digit table code, table title, game settings, participant display names, scores, seat claims, connection/presence status, timestamps and submitted score suggestions may be processed through Firebase.
Feedback data
Your message, optional contact email, app version, build number, platform, locale and submission time.
Technical, analytics and advertising data
App usage, sessions and feature interactions, ad impressions, approximate region/language, device and operating-system information, app-instance identifiers, diagnostics and crash logs, and advertising identifiers where permitted.
Purchase data
Product ID, purchase status, store transaction/receipt information and Pro entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Random tools
Coin, dice and random-selection results are not normally kept as permanent server-side history.
3. How and why we use data
- To provide scorekeeping, tournament, randomizer, history and sharing features;
- To create, synchronize and secure Live Table sessions;
- To verify purchases and provide or restore the Pro entitlement;
- To display ads, manage ad frequency and measure advertising performance;
- To diagnose errors, review crash reports and improve performance;
- To analyze aggregate product usage and improve features;
- To respond to feedback and provide support;
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security threats; and
- To comply with law and protect our legal rights.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process data to perform our agreement with you by providing the App, for legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent where required, including for personalized advertising or tracking. You may withdraw consent through in-app or device privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Local data and Live Table visibility
Player names and scores remain on your device during ordinary offline use. When you enable Live Table, the relevant table data is transmitted to Firebase and may be viewed by people who have the correct table code. Share the code only with people you trust. Do not use real names or include phone numbers, addresses, financial, health or other sensitive information.
6. Third-party service providers
The App may use the following providers:
- Google Firebase — Anonymous Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config. Firebase privacy information

- Apple App Store and Google Play — payments, store accounts, receipts and purchase restoration.
These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies, either as service providers acting for us or as independent controllers.
7. Advertising, consent and tracking choices
The free version may contain advertising. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission is requested where cross-app tracking requires it. Refusing permission does not block the App’s core functionality, although ads may be less personalized.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads; some laws may describe this activity as “sharing.” You can manage choices through the App’s consent interface and your device’s advertising and privacy settings.
8. Retention and deletion
- Local game data: remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App; operating-system backups may follow separate retention periods.
- Live Table data: is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the session, maintain security, troubleshoot and meet operational needs, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Limited copies may remain temporarily in technical backups.
- Feedback: is retained as needed to review and respond to the request and track recurring issues, then deleted or anonymized.
- Analytics, crash and advertising data: is retained according to configured provider retention periods and applicable legal requirements.
- Purchase records: may be retained as needed for entitlement restoration, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, Firestore security rules and limited client access. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Google, RevenueCat, Apple and other infrastructure providers may process data outside Türkiye or your country. Transfers are handled in accordance with applicable law and the safeguards offered by the relevant providers.
11. Children’s privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children. If you are below the age at which you may consent to digital services in your country, use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that a child’s data was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Because the App has no conventional account, we may request limited information such as the Live Table code, approximate date, device/platform or the email used in feedback so that we can locate the relevant record.
You can remove local records through in-app deletion controls or by uninstalling the App. For online data, submit a request using the contact address below.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, law or our data practices change. The revised version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will change. We may provide an additional in-app notice for material changes.
